If you would like to make this into a pudding you can add a tsp or more of arrowroot. I found that you have to heat up the arrowroot, to thicken it and then add it to the blender otherwise it won't thicken. When you heat the arrowroot you add a little water, or the nutmilk would work, I think, to form a solution, then when it thickens, add it to the blender with everything elseIt makes a nice pudding.
Blend.
It is excellent tasting, and we have the benefit of the nutrients in the carao, the oil, the carao, and the slippery elm.
I love stacking the superfoods together.
Thanks for the carao, we love it.

Taste testimonial
"I am sorry that I did not follow your advice
sooner as, I now love the taste and find it astounding how much it takes like chocolate milk in warm milk..."

Hi Lloyd,
I just got my first carao today, and though I can tolerate the taste and smell I can see how it might be hard for some. So this got me thinking, and I realized it looks a lot like blackstrap molasses, which also has a strong taste and smell, though I do prefer it to the carao.
Anyway, I tried mixing carao with organic blackstrap molasses, and it took the taste (including the bitterness) and the smell away from the carao!
Just thought this idea might help someone else, Deb Feb. 16 2008
